HR Admin

We are seeking a skilled and motivated HR Admin to join our dynamic team. As an HR Admin, you will be responsible for handling various HR tasks, including recruitment, employee engagement, employee relations, HR administration, etc. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Be responsible for recruitment process.
  • Filling positions within an organization.
  • Developing own network of suitable candidates.
  • Networking with various institutions and social media.
  • Working with organizations to develop a recruitment plan.
  • Executing recruitment plans efficiently.
  • Drafting and posting job descriptions.
  • Interviewing candidates.
  • Maintain employee records, including personal information, attendance, leaves, etc.
  • Manage general administrative tasks such as maintaining office supplies, coordinating travel arrangements, and organizing company events.
  • Assist in updating the employee database.
  • Assist in filing documents.
  • Act as a resource for providing support on HR-related topics.
  • Handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
  • Support other HR and GA initiatives and projects as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of work experience in human resources.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related field.
  • Proven experience in HR administration or related roles.
  • Detail-oriented interviewer.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
  • Proficient in using HRIS (Human Resources Information System) software and MS Office.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Willing to be employed under contract by 3 months.
  • Available to WFO in Mega Kuningan, Jakarta Selatan.
