Data Center Technician will be responsible for resolving any issue related with hardware in Data Center.

Location: Surabaya

Job Descriptions

• Monitoring the day-to-day performance of servers
• Maintaining an optimally controlled environment for servers
• Troubleshooting network and server problems
• Collaborate with Inventory team to provide report of hardware assets in and out
• Ensuring data security and integrity by implementing security policies

Qualification

• Minimum SMK in Informatics / Computer Science / Electrical / related fields
• Experienced in network issues troubleshooting
• Knowledge of monitors, switches, routers, and other technical equipment
• Good analysis, critical thinking, and multitasking skills
• Experienced in providing solutions for any issues with operating system is a plus
• Willing to work in shift
