SORS Furniture (https://www.sorsfurniture.com/) part of Honu Group. Currently looking for Furniture Sales Executive with criteria : 

Sales Admin Support

Qualification :

- Minimum one year experience as Sales Admin Support (in Design/Furniture field is a plus), fresh graduate are welcome.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel

- Accuracy and attention to detail

- Good administration skills

- Willing to work on Saturday, Sunday and public holidays

Responsibilities:

- Support the sales team

- Create and send quotations to customers

- Liaising with manufacturers

- Create production schedules

- Checking the accuracy of data in orders and invoices

- Coordinate with sales and finance teams

- Develop and maintain filing system

- Checking and receiving goods

- Control stock of goods and conduct stock-taking.

- Replace displays periodically

- Maintain showroom cleanliness and security
