1. Coordinate and direct financial planning, budgeting, procurement, or investment activities within the organization.
2. Prepare or direct preparation of financial statements, business activity reports, financial forecasts, annual budgets, tax reports, or any other financial reports required by management & regulator.
3. Analyze financial records/statements to improve the efficiency of budget planning.
4. Evaluate needs for procurement of funds and investment of surpluses and make appropriate recommendations.
5. Develop and maintain relationships with banking, and external accounting personnel to facilitate financial activities.
6. Develop internal control policies, guidelines, and procedures for activities, such as budget administration, cash and credit management, and accounting.

Qualification:

1. Minimum Bachelor's degree majoring in Accounting or Economics related major.
2. Minimum 5 years of experience as a finance and accounting manager in a retail company.
3. Excellent in Ms. Excel.
4. Familiar with accounting software.
5. Familiar with enterprise resource planning ERP software (SAP).
6. Possess excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, active listening, critical thinking, monitoring and problem solving/decision making skills.
7. Have the ability to be creative/flexible but still maintain discipline and integrity at the same time.
