Job description:

1. Responsible for managing various preparations for the exhibition project;

2. Managing communication with foreign contractors, sort out and translate the construction documents, and provide them to the customer service department;

3. Reviewing and checking the materials submitted by customer service and send them to foreign contractors according to the schedule;

4. Collecting and summarizing special problems as well as inquiring with foreign contractors and replying to the customer service department after getting the quotation;

5. Responsible for the on-site operation of the exhibition.
