Qualification:

• Educational background in Bachelor degree in law and management.
• At least 2 years’ experience of HR Legal.
• Good in MS. Office / Google Workspace
• Strong knowledge in HR Legal (Industrial Relation, Compensation & Benefit, Employee Disciplinary, & PKWT/ PKWTT)
• Strong knowledge in labor law.
• Ability to multitask.
• Good interpersonal skill and ability to work in a team spirit.
• Honest, Good personality & character, Good analytical thinking, innovative, time management, and highly responsible.

Jobdesc :

• Prepare all legal document related to Labor Law
• Provide HR Policy training to new staff.
• Review internal rules, HR Policy and Regulations based on Labor Law requirements
• Highlight all the changes of Labor Law.
• Review of HR policy, SOP and Job Description.
• Manage and monitor the grace period of company licenses & legalities.
• Responsible for HR & Legal work (PKWT / PKWTT, Legal, & Industrial Relations).
• Disciplining employees.
