PT. PACIFIC LUBRITAMA INDONESIA is currently seeking for experienced candidates to fill up a key-role position (Business Development Manager), who can help us to expand our business horizon and our networking in product distribution of global leading brand throughout the country.

JOB DESCRIPTIONS

• Achieve primary targeted salesI
• Implement sales & marketing program(s)
• Run sales SOP, including SFA
• Create Sales & Distribution Report
• Market Intelligent, report competitor activity
• Sales coaching and training
• Manage relationship with distributor & customer
• Maintain buffer stock & collection A/R distributor on time

QUALIFICATIONS

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any field, or preferably Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience as Sales/Marketing Executive/Supervisor (B2C) or higher is required for this position is required for this position.
• Required Skill(s): Marketing, Social Skills, Interpersonal Skills, Networking, Sales and Promotion, Business Development.
• Required Language(s): Bahasa and English. Fluency in Mandarin/Hokkien is an advantage.
