Job Description:

• To be responsible for the overall project implementation, monitoring, control, and coordinating the various project and site work activities.

• To manage the project and site work progress.

• To coordinate with customers, consultants, project team and workers on project & site issues

Responsibility:

• Assist project implementation during construction.
• Assist the Manager in implementing and maintaining equipment. Maintenance history cards and predictive and preventive maintenance procedures.
• Lead the project team. Prepare maintenance plan for Plant Delegate Supervise daily jobs and ensure executions.
• Perform personnel functions, such as supervision of maintenance crew.
• Assist the Engineering Manager in investigating equipment failures and difficulties to diagnose faulty operation, and to make recommendations to maintenance crew.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 years worth of experience.
• Relevant working experience in the Engineering Department. Preferably from the manufacturing and chemical industry.
• Must have good communication, interpersonal skill and team player. Resourceful, proactive, Highly motivated and a self-starter with integrity and dedication.
• Familiar with engineering codes of practice.
• Process good command of English (speaking and writing).
• Microsoft Office literate, able to operate AutoCAD is a plus.
• Flexible to travel to any company sites all around Indonesia.
• Ability to work under tight schedules and meet tight work deadlines on time.
