Lowongan Store Keeper di PT Cladtek Bi Metal Manufacturing

Technical Role:

• Receive and verify incoming materials/consumables and perform receiving inspection.
• Update daily inventory data in the stock list.
• Perform identification marking.
• Issue and receive materials to and from production.
• Arrange material piles according to the designated area (layout).
• Perform periodic stock assessments and maintain marking.
• Update the Finished Goods stock list.
• Handle wire consumables (re-spooling, supply, and traceability).
• Handle chemicals (receipt, storage, and issuance).
• Be responsible for material storage and preservation.
• Ensure cleanliness and tidiness in the respective area (implement 5S principles).
• Adhere to HSE regulations and implement them during operations.
• Ensure proper receipt, marking, issuance, and stock monitoring, as well as proper handling.

Safety Role:

• Be responsible for complying with the HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) management system requirements while carrying out their respective work.
• Report accidents, incidents, or actions that can lead to incidents (unsafe conditions) to their supervisor and record them in the accidents and incidents logbook.
• Perform work in line with safety requirements and safe working methods relevant to their respective roles, including the use of appropriate safety equipment.
• Comply with environmental management system requirements.

Qualification

• Minimum Diploma III / Senior High School qualification.
• Experience in Warehouse/Store operations.
• Fluent in or understanding of organization-related tools and processes.
• Familiarity with or proficiency in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and Adobe Editor.
• Good communication ability and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in business English communication, both written and spoken.
• Quick learner with good analytical skills and the ability to solve complex problems.
