Lowongan Regional QHSE Manager - APAC di PT Cetco Oilfield Services Indonesia

The QHSE Manager will be directly responsible for ensuring compliance with both US and Indonesian regulations related to environmental, health, safety, and quality for PT CETCO Oilfield Services Indonesia. The regional manager will also be responsible for overseeing the QHSE Managers for CETCO Malaysia & CETCO Australia. The candidate must have experience working with QHSE regulations. 

Key responsibilities include:

1. Develop, implement and maintain QHSE programs, policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable regulations for the APAC offices.
2. Conduct risk assessments, hazard identification, and implementation of risk mitigation measures to minimize potential impacts to the environment, employees, and product/service quality.
3. Provide QHSE training and support to employees and contractors.
4. Develop, implement, and monitor a robust emergency response program to ensure effective response to environmental, health, safety, and quality incidents.
5. Provide technical support to operations teams to ensure safe, sustainable, and high-quality operations.
6. Stay current on new and evolving QHSE regulations in the US, Malaysia, Australia, and Indonesia and provide updates to senior management and the relevant departments impact to the business.
7. Lead internal and external QHSE audits and inspections and maintain accurate records of findings and recommendations.
8. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on QHSE initiatives and programs.
9. Manage and continuously improve the quality management system to meet customer and regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in environmental science, engineering, safety, quality management, or a related field and at least 7 years of experience in QHSE management. They should also have a solid understanding of US and Indonesian QHSE regulations and experience working in a multinational company. Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills are essential for this role.
