Job Responsibility:
- Develop medium and long term brand strategy plan to double the business in 5 years.
- Ensure business delivery
- The P&L owners of the brands. The SBM is key person to be driving and ensuring the target set in budget P&L is achieved, both top line, bottom line.
- Develop new products innovations and other portfolio expansions
- develop overarching brand strategy, update the current CK brand books, execute various brand campaigns and activation
Job Requirement:
- Strong experience in FMCG marketing 8+ years
- Have experience as Senior Brand Manager min 3+ year
- Have different FMCG categories marketing experience. Especially categories that have strong general trade business and both modern trade business.
- Strong business acumen, experience in managing P&L and balancing what is right for business and financial delivery.
- Strong background end to end marketing both strategic brand developments, product innovations and brand building executions.
- Rigour data analytics and able to generate meaningful and actionable insights from data
- Deep understanding on brand building and executions operations to unlock sales operations opportunities, shopper marketing
- Strong in digital marketing, understanding key digital marketing principles, strategy and correlations to reach and engage consumer. Utilize digital to deliver meaningful brand stories and brand value to consumers. Understanding content marketing strategy and able to drive contents as value added service from brands
- Strong knowledge and experience on holistic media buying approach.
- Have some exposure or experience in handling brands that have digital commerce presence will be advantage
