1. Bookkeeping: Maintaining accurate financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliation.

2. Accounts Payable: Processing vendor invoices, coding expenses, and making timely payments.

3. Accounts Receivable: Monitoring customer payments and following up on overdue accounts.

4. Tax Preparation: Assisting with the preparation of tax report and ensuring compliance with tax regulations.

5. Collaboration: Working closely with other departments, such as sales and operations, to ensure the accurate and timely reporting of financial information.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of accounting and financial principles and practices.
• Proficiency with financial software, such as Accurate, and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
