Job Description :

• Plan, develop & implement PR activities & strategies
• Research, contact, create deals & maintain good relationship with KOLs, agencies & communities (across Tiktok, Instagram, YouTube, etc)
• Contribute in campaign ideas, in collaboration with other Marketing team
• Creat brief, schedule & monitor endorsement post
• Creat strategy to increase company's Tiktok performance based on trends analytics and internal planning
• Create Tiktok calendar for internal posting schedule
• Manage internal content creators to create quality contents (creating calendar, brief, checking content & giving constructive feedback)

Job Requirements :

• 1+ year experience as Public Relations/ Marketing Officer in Beauty/ Fashion/ Food Industry
• Fluent communication (both verbal & writing) skills in Bahasa Indonesia & English
• Comfortable socializing & interacting with people, yet able to balance the administrative work
• Creative & out-of-the-box mindset
• Excellent in MS Office (Excel, Power Point, etc)
• Passion in beauty industry. Always up to date & stay relevant with current trends on social media & beauty
• Work in Joglo, Jakarta Barat
