Senior Legal- Real Estate and Construction

As a Senior Legal- Real Estate and Construction, importance to be able advises in a wide range of corporate, commercial, arbitration and civil litigation matters, typically involving or arising out of the construction, engineering and infrastructure projects context. Capabilities to review, draft tender documents, non-disclosure agreements, restraint of trade provisions. Must have strong experience with Construction law and FIDIC. Experience in corporate law, advising on corporate advisory matters, including purchase of companies, business and assets, joint ventures, and regulatory compliance issues. You must have excellent communication skills in English

About Senior Legal- Real Estate and Construction:

This position will be a critical role to advise on all aspects of a propertys life cycle from zoning and construction to real estate business and transactions, as well as the circular economy in construction.

What youll cover:

• Review and advise on non-disclosure agreements, major construction tenders, project management agreements and standard industry forms of  contract such as FIDIC including appropriate risk mitigation
• Recommend and implement risk mitigation processes in line with overall standard operating procedures of the organization
• Maintain and revise standard contract templates
• Advise on, attend and manage external counsel for disputes which the organization is involved in
• Provide support and advice on real estate investment and construction business
• Ad hoc advice and management of acquisitions and disposals, including advice on and drafting of sale and purchase agreement, as well as joint venture agreements
