Lowongan Maintenance Manager di PT Dover Chemical

Responsibilities         :

• Make an annual plan for the maintenance of all equipment related to mechanics, electricity, instrumentation, automotive and general for plants and terminals.
• Delegate work plans to work units in Maintenance.
• Perform control and monitoring functions on the maintenance budget and perform analysis for efficiency.
• Make improvements for the effectiveness of maintenance work and for other parts.
• Ensure that all plant and terminal equipment and delivery can always be operated smoothly.
• Make monthly reports on activities and maintenance activities related to the targets that have been set.
• Control and monitor the overtime cost and lost time of the unit below it.
• Ensuring all administrative activities and record maintenance properly.
• Propose suggestions for repair and modification of plant or terminal equipment by coordinating or deliberating with relevant departments for the development or efficiency of operations.
• Ensure internal training and external training goes according to plan.
• Controlling equipment or machine repair activities in the field to control:

1. Timeliness of implementation and completion of production plans.
2. The correctness of the product produced (type, quality, quantity and other specifications) according to predetermined standards.
3. Efficiency and effectiveness of production.
4. Smooth and orderly production.

• Make and submit a report on the work activities of the Maintenance unit according to a predetermined reporting system.
• Maintain efficiency, productivity and effectiveness in the use of available production resources (materials, machinery, equipment and tools, labor and energy).

Requirements :

• A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering.
• At least 5 years working experience as a maintenance manager.
• Able to communicate in English both oral and written.
• Have expert knowledge of maintenance and reliability management, root cause analysis, CMMS,  leadership.
• Applicant must be willing to work in Merak Banten.
• Full-Time positions(s) available.
