Job Description :

Checking All attendance component (Overtime, Overshift non SA, Overshift SA, Time Off)

Checking All payroll component (Basic Salary, Position Allowance, Transportation Allowance (Daily), Transportation Allowance (Monthly), Overtime, Overshift, Overshift SA, Late Deduction, Transportation Deduction, Loan, Etc)

Reconcil Salary Recapitulation with HR Manager

Lock Payroll & Send Payslip to All Employee

Maintain and record data related to payroll in HRIS (changes in salary, promotion, mutation, new hire, termination, pension, leave absence)

Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, conducting reference checks, interviews until issuing employment contracts.

Ensure smooth and effective day to day HR Performance Management process, activity & initiatives such as contract extension, user evaluation and contract appraisal.

Manage the organizations employee database and prepare report

Produce and submit reports on general HR activity

Assist with all internal and external HR related matters.

Prepare and Update the annually Report to SUDIN related the Labors

Review and Design the Company Regulation Based on Condition of Company and UU Ketenagakerjaan (1x/Year)

Routinely evaluate staff performance using Appraisal and KPI milestones (2x/year)

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of payroll experience with heavy equipment or retail.

Minimum Bachelor degree in Finance / accounting, Human Resource Management, Psychology, or equivalent from reputable university

Excellence at Payroll administration and system, HRIS, Compensation and Benefit, BPJS, Insurance, Overtime, PPH 21, industrial Relation & latest labour laws.

Strong Attention to detail

Able to work in highly integrated

Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skill and well-organized multitasking.

Willing to work under pressure, fast pace, detail & target oriented, humble & responsible
