Lowongan Talent Acquisition Specialist & GA (Retail Fashion) di PT Belanja Tanpa Batas

• Responsible with end to end recruitment process, including hiring outside professional sites (Retail offline staffs located outside Jabodetabek & management roles in Head office)
• Post job ads on professional sites, job sites and social media
• Active search via Linkedin and other platforms
• Assist teams in screening resumes, conduct initial phone screens, schedule calls, interviews and preparing job offers
• Handling in-house HR system (Talenta), while maintaining team general administration & staff payroll, including record-keeping
• Strong understanding of good staff benefit (insurance / BPJS), labor laws as well as hiring regulations
• In charge with staff training for personal KPI & career development through different divisions

Key Requirements

• At least 3 years of working experience in recruitment, preferably who have experience in Talent Acquisition in growing Start up company
• Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology or similar
• Previous experience operating using Talenta will be a huge plus
• Demonstrated success in creating, launching and executing Talent Acquisition initiatives.
• Have a strong network of connections (Retail & other industries)
• Proven record in working in aggressively growing business will be preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
