Responsibility:

• Responsible for staff Hiring (for all position needed by user)
• Organize and maintain personnel records
• Manage all HR documents and database (employment records)
• Preparing HR documents (employee contracts, new hire guides etc)
• Liaise with external partners, vendors (HR system), and ensure legal compliance
• Create regular HR reports and presentations
• Answer employees queries about HR-related issues
• Assist payroll department by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules)
• Help recruitment team in arrange interview schedule

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree of Psychology
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience as HR Staff / HR Personnel Staff
• Excellent in communication skills, well-organized, attention to details, fast learner, willing to learn something new, able to multitask
• Able to speak english and mandarin language will be plus point
• Excellent in maintain database, filling documents
• Able to join as soon as possible
