Job description :

• Manage and handle audit findings, be responsible for QHSE Corporate Policy compliance and maintain ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018 certification.
• Update documentation, reports and regulations for incident/ accident/ near miss, medical record, training, certification, licensing on a regular basis for the preparation of tender (CIVD, PQ and HSE, CSMS) and presentations to Customers.
• Conduct pre-assessment for all subcontractors before being appointed as a CWW Vendor.
• Prepare Journey Management Plan (JMP), equipment pre-inspection, Supervision of Loading/ Unloading, Hazard Identification and Determination (HIRADC) and Route Hazard Assessment (RHA).
• Lead and manage mobilization of QHSE projects for Rig Transfer of Oil & Gas Equipment/ Pallets/ Dangerous Goods by Land/ Sea Transportation the Site Area.
• Conduct safety toolbox meetings with employees and clients on Site Area.
• Controlling and implementing storage plans using transportation fleets (barges) during Equipment/ Material Loading/ Unloading.
• Supervise material storage at Warehouse.
• Manage and develop a culture regarding environmental quality, health and safety, and train innovative and attractive ways of behaving for CWW personnel.
• Maintain effective and efficient QHSE communication and collaboration.
