About you:
The ideal candidate will be someone who is driven, highly motivated, and customer-focused, with previous experience, who has a keen interest in the tourism industry.
You as Customer Service Manager will be a part of Happy Trails! Asia at Bali, Indonesia.
Profile:
- 2+ years of working experience in the commercial aspect of the tourism industry in Asia (Indonesia preferred).
- Language skills: proficient level in English and preferable in German
- Ability to develop great relationships with Travellers, Tour Operator, and Suppliers
- Proactive and committed to finding the solution
- Strong interpersonal, and communication skills
- Effective time management skills
- Strong analytical, attention to detail & negotiation skills
- Ability to work effectively both in a team environment as well as independently
What youll be doing:
As a Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible to ensure both our travelers and clients (tour operators) experience an excellent level of service, may it be during the trip, or on a webinar, you are the connecting power between our team and them, including:
- Handling or solving all feedback that arises in collaboration with the Operation, Sales, and Accounting Head of Department in an efficient, professional, and cost-effective manner.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
- Assist in translation/communication between the various team and clients/travelers.
- Assist travelers when in need in the country (i.e. in-person visits, hospital assistance, etc.)
- Handle VIP arrivals together with the various departments.
- Cooperate with the different departments to respond to customer requests, feedback, and comments.
- Assist the sales team in communications/explanations to clients related to products/services/financial matters.
- Together with the management design, maintain, and develop the traveler and client journey throughout the various offices.
