Job Requirement :

• Minimum Bachelor Degree from reputable universities with excellent academic result (minimum GPA 3.00), majoring in Taxation/Accounting/Fiscal Administration.
• Have 3 - 5 years working experience in accounting or tax area in a corporate or consulting environment.
• Have experience at shipping / logistic company.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English (including strong presentation skills).
• Able to speak mandarin is a plus.
• Willing to work hard, enthusiastic and self-motivated.
• Strong knowledge in withholding tax art 21, art 23, art 15, art 26, art 4 (2), art 25, art 29, VAT.
• Knowing how to use tax applications (E-Tax Invoice, E-SPT, E-Bupot and DJP Online).
• Know to make financial report.
• Having Brevet A & B certificate.

Job Description :

• Supervise and ensure accurate and timely monthly tax reporting.
• Prepares and proceeds tax payments on time.
• Maintain VAT In and withholding tax (WHT) payable outstanding to ensure it is not expired and VAT In can be credited for the company, to minimize tax audit findings and avoid administrative sanctions.
• Find and implement opportunities for process improvement in company tax procedures starting from the transactional tax in finance operations, annual tax return, and preparations of data reconciliations, and equalization to support tax audit.
• Understanding all tax regulation and ensure that the company meets its tax obligations & objectives complying with all relevant laws and regulations.
•  Make financial report.
