We are Multinational Company providing Container Depot and Warehousing service located at North Jakarta (Jl. Raya Cakung Cilincing) are seeking for YOUNG, DYNAMIC AND RESPONSIBLE candidate to join us

Job description: 

• Responsible for the employee recruitment process (advertising, calling and interviewing employee candidates) Ensure employees work according to job description
• Conduct employee training and coaching
• Conduct evaluations, process sanctions, and termination of employees
• Assist in the resolution of industrial relations conflicts
• Processing employment contract renewal
• Procurement and renewal of MoUs with partners
• Coordinate with external parties
• Maintain harmonization with Unions
• Conducting regular training in the company (or collaborating with relevant departments to organize training)
• Circulate Management policies

Qualification:

• S-1 Psychology/Law
• Experience working minimum 2 years in the field
• Understand applicable labor laws
• Firm, honest, responsible, and high loyalty
• Proficient in MS Office application
• Good communication skill
• Fluent in English oral and written is a must
• Able to work under pressure
