Lowongan Cost Control & Reporting Manager di PT Piaggio Indonesia

Responsibilities:

• Developing and implementing purchasing strategies.
• Managing daily purchasing activities, allocating tasks, and reports.
• Coordinating with inventory control to determine and manage inventory needs.
• Preparing cost estimates and managing budgets.
• Working to improve purchasing systems and processes.
• Training new employees in the purchasing process and how to use the purchasing system.
• Simulating total purchase amount (turnover) as the annual budget.
• Provided in cost per model vehicle in a monthly basis. This annual budget must be considered any relevant economic factors such like exchange rate, labor cost, raw material price index, energy tariff, regulation, inflation, etc.
• Control all local purchase components that are registered in BOM
• Provide monthly rolling forecast by considering all updated internal and external factors.
• Monitoring actual purchase price and make necessary gap analysis: Actual vs Forecast vs Budget.
• Make necessary analysis to support organization to search any potential cost reduction ideas as well as monitor the realization.
• Prepare all purchasing activity reports including KPI status and progress which are required by the global or regional controller.
• Perform administrative support for any ad hoc project related to purchasing scope.

Requirement:

• Minimum bachelor’s degree from Engineering or Economic
• Report to Purchasing Director
• Experience as a Cost Control manager or in a similar position.
• Deep knowledge of suppliers in the auxiliary industry for moto/automobile manufacturing
• Supervisory and management experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and purchasing software.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong critical thinking and negotiation skills.
• Strong planning and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently.
