- Bachelor degree in engineering
- Coordinating correspondence activities, checking the completeness of supporting documents for incoming and outgoing units.
- Collect and record incoming and outgoing documents, archive all documents according to existing units.
- Enter all data related to activity units into the database (SAP).
- Receiving user complaints and directing them to related parties for further follow-up.
- Make reports and request orders if there are items that do not match the quantity or quality.
- Check incoming and outgoing units to meet standards or requests from customers.
- Developing problem solving proposals related to the quality of processes and work results
- Evaluate and determine product/material stability and set standards according to available data
