Qualification:

• Min. Bachelors Degree
• Min. 3 years of relevant work experience in Online and Offline Marketing
• Have good strategic thinking and analytical skills, and eager to learn 
• Excellent knowledge of the E-commerce industry, and deep understanding of online marketing, as onsite, social media, and offline marketing such as Offline Event, Radio's, Television's, etc
• Results-oriented and Commercial focus
• Good sense of design and creative works
• Persistent and outgoing personality, eager to learn
• Proactive, open mindset and self-motivate
• Excellent communication, negotiation & reporting skills in both Bahasa and English
• Leadership skills

Job Description:

• Promote the company existing brands and introducing new products to the market
• Provide vision, mission, goals and strategies to match up the formulation and direction established by the marketing leadership
• Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends and suggesting system improvements to achieve company's marketing goals (brand image).
• Translate brand strategies as defined in the marketing plan into brand plans, brand positioning and go to market strategies
• Analysing budgets, preparing annual budget plans and scheduling expenditures
