JOB DESCRIPTION :

  • Support A/O on day-to-day basis and act as internal focal point of customers’ contact
  • Schedule and prepare materials for A/O for customer meetings 
  • Create/update agreements and tenders in the respective system and communicate them to concerned parties
  • Creating Rate Sheet in each of Particular Trades
  • Updating the market rate situation
  • Attending to phone calls, handling incoming emails and re-directing all relevant enquiries
  • Preparation of sales quotations
  • Follow up on quotation and sales enquiries with phone call and email
  • Liaise with customers
  • Manage and support day-to-day Sales related administrative works.
  • Proper filing and storing of documents
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
  • Attend to client complaints and follow up for solutions
  • Solve ad-hoc problems/transfer service issues to relevant department
  • Forward telephone and email inquiries to other departments
  • Monitor customer performance
  • Comply with tracking and reporting requirements
  • Update account plans/profiles according to A/O input

REQUIREMENT :

  • At least 2 year of working experience as administration staff, or Export & Import administration, Freight Forwarding / Shipping Company
  • Hold a bachelor's degree in any related fields
  • Have a good knowledge about export-import procedure
  • Able to assist and support AO for sales and customers activities
  • Assist to prepare materials for customer meetings
  • Assist to follow up on customer meeting tasks
  • Act as internal point of contact for customers
  • Analyze potential new customers information
  • Have a customers service and sales orientated mind
  • Experience in sales or sales coordinator will be considered a plus.
  • Good knowledge of relevant computer programs
  • Able to learn about products and services and describe/explain to the prospects 
  • Good written and spoken English communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills 
  • Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection 
  • Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
