Responsibilities

• Acting as a liaison between the company and its existing clients, ensuring the relationship remains beneficial for both parties
• Conducting client onboarding
• Managing services, retention, and renewal schedules to clients
• Making strategic offers related to upselling and cross-selling
• Working collaboratively with related divisions to ensure that clients’ needs are met

Requirements

• Minimum 30 years old
• At least 5 years working experience in telecommunication business field is a must
• Having representable appearance
• Having excellent interpersonal relationship capability & communication skills, both oral and written
• Having excellent phone and presentation skills
• Having good negotiation and problem solving skills
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office
• Proactive & target oriented
• Having good command of English is a plus
• Applicant must be willing to work mobile
• Responsible, honest, and having integrity
• Able to work independently & in a group
• Willing to be placed in Jakarta
