Job Descriptions :
Requirements :
- Develop OHS policies and programs.
- Implement and maintain health and safety standards.
- Investigate complaints related to health and safety
- Conduct risk assessment and enforce preventative measures
- Enforce health and safety laws and regulations
- Encourage managers, supervisors, and employees to participate in occupational health and safety programs
- Inspect premises and the work of personnel to identify issues or non-conformity (not using protective equipment)
- Supervise the installation and maintenance of waste management.
- Inspect and control workplaces to ensure equipment, materials, and production processes do not present a safety or health hazard
- Prepare reports on occurrences and provide statistical OHS information to head of management
- Responsible for the company's health clinic operations and reports to head of management
- Responsible to reporting to the Bali provincial and central environmental services
Requirements :
- Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Engineering, or equivalent
- Having minimum 3 years of experience (Managerial level) in Safety & Health Management, Operation safety, Environmental Management, Waste Water Management, and Quality Management System Development
- Has experienced in Garment Industry is a plus
- Internal Auditor for HSE Standard with HSE Certified or other Safety Certificate
- Certified AK3U is a must
- Familiar with using a computer (Ms. Excel, Ms. Office, Ms. Power Point, Outlook)
- Independent, energetic, and have the willingness to learn
- Good in leadership and delegating the task
- Time management and planning skills, adhere to the procedures
- Used to reporting to the Department of the Environmental Service
- Ready to work under pressure
- Good command in English.
- Willing to be placed in Pererenan, Bali
