We are solely involved in the marketing and sales of agricultural farm machinery in Indonesia holding reputable product agencies include LANDINI, YANMAR, ERREPPI, LS and a range of other ancillary implements.

We are seeking immediately to hire experienced Parts Coordinator based in Jakarta with the following qualifications and experiences.

Responsibilities:

·        Help the Parts Manager to be responsible for the smooth operations of the Parts Department in Indonesia which includes all its Branches

·        To analyze & review the monthly stock replenishment and to recommend reordering of stocks prior to approval being given

·        To liaise with the local supplier and negotiate on better pricing for purchases of local parts

·        To ensure each branch keeps sufficient parts

·        To assist branches in their stock replenishment, movement of parts and gives a proposal for keeping parts at an optimum level at branches and head office

·        To coordinate and ensure stock take can be carried out smoothly and accurately

·        To monitor the parts movement in the system and make sure the system figures are correct

·        To ensure month end closing and year end closing can be done on time and accurately

·        To provide necessary parts support to the Service Department

·        Other related duties requested from time to time by the management

Requirements:

·        Bachelor degree from reputable university with minimum of 3 years of experience in related field.

·        Willing to travel extensively.

·        Possess good inventory knowledge and computer literate.

·        Good communication skills & interpersonal skills

·        Age between 30 to 40 years old.

·        Proficient in both written and spoken in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
