Job Description:

• Greeting visitors;
• Handling incoming & outgoing call;
• Handling queries and complaints via phone, email and general correspondence;
• Transferring calls as necessary;
• Taking and ensuring messages/ packages/ letters are passed to the related person in time;
• Managing meeting room availability;
• Coordinating internal and external events;
• Handling transcription, printing, photocopying and faxing;
• Assisting General Affair in recording and maintaining office expenses;
• Managing office inventory such as stationery, equipment, office supplies, and assets;
• Monitoring office services cleaners and maintenance service providers;
• Assisting the operations team with onboarding process;
• Maintaining safety and hygiene standards of the reception area.

Qualifications:

• Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role
• Professional attitude and appearance
• Fluent in English (verbal or written)
• Familiar with administration tasks;
• Energetic and Friendly;
• Proficient working using computer, especially Ms. Office (excel, word etc)
• Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
• Good communication and time management skills;
• Have a good attitude and teamwork;
• Having 3rd vaccine certificate is a must
• Willingness to quickly learn, adapt, and work in a fast-paced and high demanding environment.
