Strategic & Branding
- Craft strategies and work plans to build brand awareness, including Performance Marketing, Store activities, Content, and Event
- Create and develop Social media (Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, Linkedin) including build social media content strategy and plans
- Assists in planning and execution of programs and activities to support how the overall Company brand is positioned in the market.
Public Relations
- PR Writing: Supervising people responsible for producing news and features in mainstream media; writing news articles and key media statements
- Charity: Give Idea & involve for the Company’s efforts to take responsibility for its effects on its stakeholders and society.
- Distribute press releases to media / any PR related issue on regular basis ; example: Store Opening, New Campaign launch, Special product launch
- Plan and choose the right KOL and Influencer for every campaigns or regular seeding for each brands under Everbest Group
- Maintain good relationship with fashion and lifestyle media
Mall & Partnership Relation
- Work with Mall Tenant Relations to manage and implement inmall branding
- Responsible for all kind of partnerships
- Dealing with potential sponsors, external parties, media & bloggers for future business collaborations
Requirement(s):
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree with 2-3 years of experience in marketing/brand activities
- Excellent written and verbal communication both in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Great interpersonal skills to interact effectively with internal and external parties
- Good problem solving and negotiating skills
- Adept at using basic Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Thorough knowledge of marketing principles, brand, product and service management
- Ability to apply marketing techniques over digital (social media) and non-digital channels
- Flexibility, adaptability and agility in a fast pace, high growth environment
- Ability to multi-task
