We are seeking a skilled Project Manager with expertise in International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) to lead and manage our IFRS implementation project.

Requirement:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in project management
• Certification in project management, such as PMP or Prince2, is preferred.
• Experience with project management tools and methodologies, such as Agile, Waterfall, or PMBOK.
• In-depth knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and their application in practice.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues quickly and effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Job Description:

• To deliver a selection of projects within the framework of the PMO standards and structure.
• To manage assigned projects within the Operations division, ensuring that objectives and outcomes are understood and realised, and lessons learnt.
• Identify and manage project risks and issues.
• Plan, manage, and coordinate the IFRS implementation project from initiation to closure.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor progress against them.
