Description:

• Handling potential litigation from an early stage such as responding to warning letter, attending mediation, analysing potential risk in case out-of-court process cannot be concluded, until in court process including police report in a criminal case.
• Handling and collaborating with Internal Team for any external claim or potential dispute on external issue.
• Handling potential dispute and contractual obligation issue with appointed contractor/ vendor.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Law from reputable university.
• Having Advocate License.
• Must have at least 5 to 10 years of experience in related field.
• Fluent in English both oral and written.
• Knowledge and experience in IPP industry and Construction will be a high advantage.
• Will work in Head Office (South Jakarta area).
