HSE Enginner of Drilling and Completion IPM Project

Role and Responsibilities :

l Develop, implement and maintain the project HSE management system in line with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

l Conduct HSE risk assessments and develop control measures to mitigate identified risks.

l Provide HSE support and advice to the project team, including engineers, drilling and completion specialists, and contractors.

l Monitor compliance with HSE regulations and company policies and procedures.

l Develop and deliver HSE training and awareness programs for the project team and contractors.

l Conduct regular HSE audits and inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

l Investigate incidents and accidents and develop recommendations to prevent their reoccurrence.

l Develop and maintain strong relationships with regulatory agencies, industry groups, and contractors to promote HSE best practices and ensure compliance.

l Participate in HSE meetings and forums to share best practices and stay informed about regulatory developments and industry trends.

Qualifications:

l Minimum of 5 years of experience in HSE management in the oil and gas industry, including experience in drilling and completion activities.

l Strong knowledge of environmental, health, and safety regulations and standards, including local and international regulations.

l Experience in developing and implementing HSE management systems and programs.

l Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate HSE risks.

l Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.

l Strong focus on safety and environmental stewardship.

l Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and to adapt to changing priorities.

l Professional HSE certifications are preferred, such as PUSDIKLAT MIGAS Supervisor Level, or equivalent.
