Lowongan PPIC Food Manager di PT Indo Greenlife Harvest

Job Description :

• Manage activities in PPIC, to ensure conformity of production planning with demand and organize activities in the Warehouse to ensure efficiency of incoming and outgoing materials (Raw Materials & Packaging Materials). Ensuring FIFO control system in Warehouse.
• Analyze production planning by calculating data on demand, production capacity, delivery planning & warehouse capacity. Plan and create production schedules in accordance with delivery schedules to customers and production capacity.
• Monitoring the progress of achieving production targets based on production plans.
• Controlling and determining the level of safety stock for finished goods and raw materials in the warehouse and making a list of purchases of raw materials and packaging.
• Monitoring the goods delivery process so that it runs according to work targets and standards.
• Actively communicating with related departments such as Marketing, Quality Control and Production to ensure the production process is on schedule.
• Report daily and monthly on the progress of achieving production and planning, stock conditions and delivery.
• Coordinate with the purchasing/procurement department for raw materials for production needs, from raw materials to packaging.
• Procurement of materials in accordance with the plan (schedule) related to sales requests.

Requirements :

• Max 40 years old and Educated min. S1 Food Technology, Industrial Engineering or Pharmacy.
• Have experience min. 3 years as PPIC Manager in the Food, Drug and Cosmetic Industry.
• Must be able to master Microsoft Office, at least Excel (Vlookup, Hlookup, etc.), Word.
• Thorough, disciplined, firm, alert and responsible.
• Able to work independently or with a team.
• Have good planning, implementation and analysis skills.
• Target and achievement oriented.
• Have good communication and able to work under pressure.
• Can join immediately and willing to be placed in Daan Mogot - West Jakarta.
