Lowongan Assistant Manager Product Design di PT Mitra Transaksi Indonesia

Supporting superordinate for Day to Day Monitoring & Execution of:

- Delivery of Design Product Team within the department.

- Delivery of Design Product Team during Product Assessment/ Product Requirement Phase (New Product) or as required

- Collaboration with Product Development team for the improvement of the existing Product (UI UX) or as required,

- Product research, product comparison dan product design as well as as well as submit the output to superordinate as required

- Manage Design Product Team, 1st layer of review and propose the output to superordinate for approval

- Support Superordinate to coach team personel for their professional growth (Skill & Knowlege)

- Support Superordinate to design the products to enhance the existing product/ services, including UI & UX reference design,; in collaboration with Product Development team within the group.

- Support Superodinate to execute product designs and interrelations of products designed following the projects handled by Product Development team within the Group.

- Support Superodinate to execute the product performance indicator in the design as required

- Support Superodinate to execute work plan and monitoroing for innovation / improvement for continuous improvement within Strategy & Development Group

- Support Superodinate to execute team coaching, improve team engagement, develop a sustainable learning culture, and prepare regeneration to improve the quality of human resources in the work group

- Support Superodinate to raise awareness and implement Anti Bribery and Corruption (ABC) behavior, Quality Management System and Information security within the department and the Company.
