Job Description:

• Responsible as the company's representative to handle all incoming calls or email regarding questions or complaints about the products.
• Responsible to recap and report all of the questions and complaints from customers to be analyze by Ops team for products improvements.
• Responsible to do a survey to our customer to analyze customer satisfaction and seek the opportunity for products improvements.

Qualification:

• Minimum Diploma Degree in any Majors.
• Minimum 3 years of working experience as Customer Service.
• Good communication in English would be much considered.
• Proven experience in handling complain regardless the customers behavior.
• Good administration skill using Microsoft Office / Excel
• Having a deep self control and patience
