JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Provide assistance to CEO in managing the sales departments by developing a business plan that projects sales and revenue goals.
2. Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas projecting expected sales volume and profit for our products.
3. Grab new sales opportunities through networking and turning them into long-term partnerships.
4. Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.
5. Develop your productive sales team
6. Set individual sales targets with sales team members

REQUIRMENTS :

1. Minimum of 10 years of working experience logistic/trucking company
2. Strong interpersonal skills - ability to build and maintain strong relationships with the team, cross-functional colleagues, and external partners. Experience with managing the team.
3. Growth mindset and positive attitude.
