Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
• Have knowledge in support user on Application
• Having technical experience on core system i.e Finacle or others and switching system i.e IST, ON2, BASE-24 systems or others
• Having technical knowledge on API messaging, ISO8583 message, Linux, Chip Technology standard (EMV, NSICCS), Local domestic networks (ALTO, PRIMA, Bersama)
• Having capability to analyze the requirement and translate into technical requirement
• Good in attitude, communication and documentation
• Good analytical skill
• Proficient in English both verbal & written

Job Descriptions:

• Manage and ensure projects related with core system, switching system and branch within SLA.
• Ensure that applications meet business requirements and systems goals, fulfill end-user requirements, and identify and resolve systems issues
• Having good project management to run the projects properly and handling any obstacles
• Maintain good relationships to manage business expectations and negotiate compromise
• To ensure all applications server will comply with Group Standard Security (ISCD – Health Check)
• Ensure compliance with banking Policy and Standards, local laws, regulations and controls and procedures of the Bank, through audit reviews and completion of self-assessment checks
• Liaise with switching application vendor tech support or 3rd party vendor for prompt rectification of any problems or emergency cases
