Job Description:

- Purchase company need for Marketing & Operational Team in line with specified cost, quality and delivery targets.

- Negotiate contracts, improve prices and terms of business with vendorss and review opportunities to make business savings

- Act as an interface between vendors and other relevant departments on purchasing processes and new projects and activities

- Prepare reports and updates as and when required

- Work closely with others in the procurement function and review opportunities for continuous improvement and business improvements

- Prepare and raise purchase orders and order schedules

- Build, maintain and manage supplier relationships and keep up good communications

- Assess and evaluate suppliers and contribute to performance reviews to ensure contract compliance

- Contact suppliers to resolve price, quality, delivery or invoice issues

- Must be fluent in English

- Familiar with External Audit

- Familiar with QMS, ISO 9001:2015, API Q1

Job Requirement :

- Minimum Bachelor's degree with minimum 5 years' experience

- Able to build and maintain effective and productive relationships with staff, stakeholders and suppliers

- Good communication, negotiation, interpersonal and influencing skills

- Analytical, numerically astute with strong demonstrated problem-solving abilities

- Able to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks and achieve set targets

- Able to work well under pressure and handle fast-pace, emergency and changing situations

- Keen attention to detail and accuracy.
