Key Responsibilities:

• Well verse with Excel as person will be involved in forecasting and demand planning, statistical planning. Perform all duties to ensure the monthly demand planning processes are completed to support the integrated planning processes.

• Execute the monthly demand planning cycle including the creation, updating of volume and value which will constitute unconstrained Demand and leads to final sign-off done by Commercial functions (Commercial Development, Sales, Marketing).

• Input monthly S&OP and Annual Target / Budget cycle, create demand scenario planning including NPI (New Product Introduction), portfolio and market segments analysis, including escalations for Commercial team or S&OP forums.

• Creating and maintain demand related KPIs, take initiative in Improvement in demand planning. Maintain all demand related parameters and master data in relevant planning.

• Co-ordination with all relevant stakeholder for completing the target of demand received or generated, represents consensus view of future demand.

• Ensure that order is fulfilled for customer export with on time delivery based on confirmation from customer.

• Ensure Maintenance of relevant demand systems including DPT , SAP and IBP.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in any major with 3 to 8 years of relevant experience in Demand Planning.

• Skills : Well verse with Demand planning in Advance Excel, should know the formulas, able to give presentation.

• Tools Know : IBP and SAP is Mandatory, good in Excel (Advance Excel)

• Good in Communication both in local language and English.

• This role will be onsite at manufacturing unit of Lonza.
