Job Description

• Assist in drafting and reviewing contracts with clients, vendors, partners, and other stakeholders to ensure contracts are compliant, accurately reflect the parties' intentions, and protect the organization's interests.
• Assist in managing and coordinating with colleagues for the management of permits and licenses owned by the company to ensure all the licenses and permits are active.
• Support the legal team in providing legal advice to all departments to ensure the business process is still aligned with the regulation.
• Research and evaluate legal issues and maintain current knowledge of regulation changes to assist in handling legal issues against the company.
• Manage the organization's legal disputes, litigation, and claims to resolve legal disputes efficiently and cost-effectively.

Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in law or a relevant degree in Legal field.
• 1-2 years of relevant working experience in legal field, as corporate legal would be plus.
• Proficiency in English, both oral and written.
• Good knowledge in corporate law.
• Problem solver, good negotiation & communication skill, and a quick thinker.
