Lowongan Transportation Planner di PT Kerry Ingredients Indonesia

Transportation Planner will be responsible for the daily transactions for inbound and outbound deliveries, as well as ensuring inventory accuracy and controls are adhered to as per Kerry Supply Chain KPI’s

• Ensure delivery products to customer based on schedule from Customer Service (CS) to achieved target OTIF MIN 98 %
• Monitoring POD-proved of documents from customer based on KPI / agreement with trucking vendor
• Close coordination with trucking vendor to ensure delivery to customer
• Ensure supply to production based on STO-stock transfer should be on schedule with target no down time, due to delay on transportation
• Make report total monthly delivery & monthly cost transportation
• Ensure to create purchase order and follow up consumable materials availability based on request from warehouse operator
• Doing administration (create PR for consumable materials)
• Ensure implementation FIFO & FEFO system for both actual & SAP system

• Minimum diploma degree in relevant discipline or senior high school with 2 years experiences in Warehouse/Logistic/ Trucking management
• Have good in Microsoft Office and prefer have knowledge in SAP system (IM / MM / WMS Module).
• Have good understanding GMP & GDP is advantage
• Have good in MS Excel, Word
• Basic communication skills both verbal and written English 
• Highly motivated, enthusiast and a team player
