Finance Staff

Purpose of the Role 

o   Support business by sending quality billing submissions to our Client on time

o   Support treasury activities by maintaining cash position and bank balance daily, act as a maker in transaction processing in the e-banking channel

o   Support accounting to reporting function including month-end activities, journal entries, account reconciliations

·       Primary Responsibility #1

o   Manage schedule billing submission on time,

o   Update daily tracking submission and ensure no missing data Status.

o   Ensure Billing/ invoices are sent to the client on a timely basis.

o   Ensure there is no missing or incomplete information prior to submission.

o   Follow up with TC and client for completed supporting docs invoices and mandatory data on the billing.

o   Ensure the completeness & correctness of invoices and supporting docs.

o   Billing Client handled: Air Liquide, ERM, JP Morgan, Prysmian, UL International, Thales

·       Primary Responsibility #2

o   Monitoring cash position and updating bank balance.

o   Knocking off the payment received from Clients against invoices.

o   Processing weekly payments to vendors through various banking channels

o   Ensure completeness of documents prior to payment processing

o   Filling documents after payment processing is complete.

·       Primary Responsibility #3

o   Journal withholding Tax slip received from all Clients.

o   Ensure Journal entries are posted into the appropriate account.

o   Account "Suspends" reconciled and booked properly.
