Roles & Responsibilities 

1. Take ownership of prioritized metrics that lead to user’s growth of TIX ID and define the right solutions to achieve incremental results. Choose from a single or combination of multiple initiatives (e.g., Digital Marketing initiatives, media partnership, In-App engagement channel, content/communication, product changes).
2. Discover growth opportunities in the business metrics and user metrics by exploring business data, transaction data, user activity within apps and actual user insights.
3. Drives the prioritization, tactics, and focus on solutions to solve user problems.
4. Validate solutions and other related hypotheses through robust experimentation and statistical approach.
5. Embed user analytics insight as a rationale for all solutions.
6. Optimize and automate solutions by leveraging Data Analyst resources.
7. Present experiment and campaign insight to senior management to drive business and strategic decision-making on feature prioritization and impact analysis.

Requirements 

1. BS/MS in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Math, Economics, Statistics, or equivalent experience.
2. Minimum 3 years of working experience in related industries.
3. Strong business acumen and have an end to end the problem-solving mindset that can work in increments and exponents.
4. Understating of the basic SQL language.
5. Proficiency in multiple analytic and engagement tools common within a marketing organization (e.g. Moengage, Amplitude, Braze, Clevertap, etc.) with good knowledge of SQL and experimentation process. 
6. Possessing team synergy skills with a high level of enthusiasm in collaborating in a cross-functional team and can also balance attention to detail with swift execution
7. Strong project management skills to manage complex projects, also can manage and prioritize multiple internal and external stakeholders
8. Moving quickly and executing to allow for continual iteration is a core competency of our team

Preferred Skills

1. Experience in handling in-app engagement tools/CRM
2. Experience in Digital Marketing
3. Understand the Growth Process and experimentation framework in app industries.
