Responsible as product test engineering domain expert to enable and make recommendations to improve overall project delivery and efficiency.

In your new role you will:

• Responsible for BE Test Package (Test Program, Test Board)qualification, release, quality, and stability improvement.
• Perform data analyses, and troubleshooting/ debugging to identify the root causes; work closely with Business Unit, and Product Test Engineering for corrective actions and implementation.
• Lead AI project management at test assessing and managing project constraints to ensure project plans are implemented on schedule, within budget, and within scope.
• Make recommendations to improve overall project delivery and efficiency.
• Be the key communication interface on respective project topics to segment and Divisions.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• Masters / Bachelor's Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the semiconductor test process.
• Excellent knowledge of semiconductor test processes, automotive product application, and instrumentation.
• Proficient in programming (C, VB, Excel Macro, Phyton, Tableu, Electronics Design Tool).
• Good understanding of statistics and problem-solving methodologies(8D, Six Sigma, FMEA).
• Good communication in English both written and verbal.
• Good aptitude for collaboration, people management, negotiation, and solution finding
• Ability to lead teams to define and solve problems effectively.
• Project Management Professional Training and Certification preferred.
