Requirements:

• At least 10 years experience as HR Manager or Assistant Manager in Heavy Industry (Power Plant Experience is must)
• Have experiences in Compensation and Benefit, Industrial Relation, Recruitment Specialist, Talent Acquisition, Payroll and Training & Development also Workplace safety
• Understanding about Labor Law and Aceh Qanun
• Have CHRM (Certified Human Resources Management ) Certificate
• Fluence in English and Mandarin (better)
• Experience at Heavy Industry at Aceh and understand Aceh culture and people (better)

Job Descriptions :

• Lead and manage the Human Resources function including handling policies, procedures and coordinating in the areas of recruitment, training, organizational development, performance management, and industrial relations;
• Design and build HR systems, procedures, and policies;
• Develop, improve and drive HR Programs and initiatives according to corporate objectives;
• Find solutions on the issue of human resources to support achievements of company targets and act as a business partner to the senior management;
• Identify needs in recruitment, training, talent development, and other HR functions as necessary;
• Maintain harmonization with labor unions and union representatives;
• Analyzes trends in compensation and benefits; researches and proposes competitive base and incentive pay programs to ensure the organization attracts and retains top talent;
• Oversees employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations;
• Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law;
• Performs other duties as assigned.
