Integrated Management System (Quality, Environmental, OHS) Auditor

(Location - Jakarta)

Responsibilities:

• To plan and complete System audits in a timely and effective manner, employing the relevant risk assessment standards.
• Project managing multi-site activities.
• Maintaining audit process rigor and technical integrity, in order to meet internal and external accreditation requirements.
• To apply knowledge of business improvement techniques, both internally and when auditing client organizations
• Plan and complete comprehensive process audits within required timeframe and according to relevant standards.
• Coordinate internal and external communications regarding client management needs.
• Consistently implement SAI Global policies and procedures.
• Prioritize competing needs of clients, management and colleagues.
• Maintain comprehensive customer files (including electronic files) including all necessary documentation.
• Demonstrate ability to balance attention to detail with high level strategic understanding of clients’ businesses.
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell SAI Global programs/products.

Requirements:

• University graduate S1 in Engineering - preferably in Civil, Electrical, Chemical, and Mechanical
• Minimum 5 years working experiences in manufacturing/services industry, preferably in Certification Body for management system (ISO 9001 – 14001 - 45001.) or management consultant in similar position
• 2 years (part of the 5 years period) of exposure in Quality, Environmental, and OHS
• Certified for Lead Auditor, Ahli K3 Umum (preferable)
