Babyshop Buying Administration Staff

A highly administrative role within the fashion buying team, providing essential support to their Buyer and Merchandiser.

Responsilbilities :

• To ensure the smooth running of the critical path through the whole fashion buying cycle.
• Placing purchase orders, creating and maintaining the critical path, attending fit sessions, competitive shops and the maintenance of the sample library, racking up samples, creating fashion trend boards, SNI sample and process follow up, payment processing and follow up with finance team, settling day to day job for Buying team.
• Ad hoc duties are also an essential daily part of the Buyers Admin Assistant job role as you are providing full administrative support to the buying teams.

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred, or High school degree is ok.
• Previous experience in the merchandising administration or retail industry is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Ability to multi-task and perform under pressure.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office. 
• Active English for oral and written is required.
