Lowongan Deputy Manager – Pineapple Agronomy di PT Pulau Sambu

Job Descriptions:

1)    Ensuring that the Wilayah (Region) implements SOP for pineapple agronomy.

2)    Agronomic data analysis and reports includes.

a.     Inventory data of pineapple plants and identify the requirement of pineapple seedlings.

b.     Pineapple cultivation data

c.     Pineapple harvest data block by block, fruit grade and recovery

3)    Pest and diseases control through Integrated Pest Management (IPM) system.

4)    Workforce training for pineapple work activities.

5)    Analyzing workers' productivity in all pineapple work activities

6)    Analysis of productivity and quality of pineapple production.

7)    Coordination with Wilayah (Region) includes:

-       Water Management

-       Land preparations and the need for pineapple seedlings.

-       Cultivation of pineapple plant

-       Pineapple harvest and quality parameters

8)   New innovation of pineapple cultivation

9)   Adhere to safety and environment in pineapple plantation area

10) Carry out budget control for all pineapple activities in each Region (Wilayah)

11) Comply with Rainforest Alliance certification practices, coordinate with Quality Assurance Department.

Qualifications:

1)     Minimum Bachelor’s Degree; major in related agriculture engineering/science are preferred, but relevant professional experience and personality traits as detailed below shall be determining factors.

2)     At least ten (10) years of professional experiences; with minimum five (5) years at managerial level in agricultural production management handling multi-functional team.

3)     In-depth knowledge of end-to-end plantation management and have strong hands-on operational management experience in plantations.

4)     Highly self-motivated, proactive, and passionate in managing and developing large and diverse teams and organization.

5)     Great leadership, social and interpersonal skill, particularly to engage and influence diverse range of stakeholders.

6)     Result-oriented, open-minded and highly adaptable of working in a dynamic change working environment.

7)     Team builder.

8)     Work well under pressure with excellent decision-making and analytical skill.

9)     Comfortable of working in remote location environment.

10)   Actively upholding eco-system sustainability.
